The numbers come from a commercial solver's precomputed solution for a 6-max cash game at 100 big blinds, with a 5% rake capped at 0.6 bb, opens sized by the solver (2.5 bb here) and several bet sizes on each street. At this decision the button can check or bet a third of the pot, half the pot, three-quarters of the pot or 1¼ times the pot. Two players see the flop.
