Where the numbers come from
The numbers come from a commercial solver's precomputed solution for a 6-max cash game at 100 big blinds, with a 5% rake capped at 0.6 bb, opens sized by the solver (2.3 bb here) and several bet sizes on each street. The cutoff c-bets several sizes here; this spot follows its most-used one, 3.05 bb into 6.1 bb. Facing it, the button can fold, call, move all in or raise to 9.15 bb or 15.25 bb.
