What made it hard

Nguyen had called Kabrhel's 3-bet and his turn bet. Then the river put a third heart on the board and completed several straights, and when Kabrhel bet $50,000, Nguyen raised to $357,500, enough to put Kabrhel all in. Kabrhel's pair of aces was ahead of a bluff or any smaller pair, and behind a flush, a straight, a set or two pair. Nobody else was in the hand, and calling meant putting his last $307,500 into a pot of $508,500.
